AD5222:  双通道、增量/减量数字电位计

AD5222是一款双通道、128位、数字控制可变电阻(VR),可实现与电位计、调整器或可变电阻相同的电子调整功能。A至B固定端接电阻(10 kΩ、50 kΩ、100 kΩ或1 MΩ)的通道间匹配容差为1%,标称温度系数为-300 ppm/°C。该产品针对便携式仪表及测试设备的“按钮”应用进行了优化。

可变电阻位由芯片选择CS、计数CLK和U/D方向控制输入设置。MODE(模式)控制确定两个VR是同时递增还是独立递增。当MODE为逻辑0时,两个游标均向上或向下递增,而游标之间的相对设置不发生改变。如果任一游标到达电阻阵列的末端,就会保持游标之间的相对比值。在独立模式下(逻辑1),只有DACSEL引脚所确定的VR会发生改变。在前面板接口设计中,利用这一简单的“按钮”控制接口可省去微控制器。

AD5222采用表面贴装(SO-14)封装。对于超紧凑解决方案,所选型号提供薄型TSSOP-14封装。所有器件的保证工作温度范围均为-40°C至+85°C扩展工业温度范围。对于三线式、SPI兼容型接口应用,请参见AD5203/AD5206/AD7376/AD8400/AD8402/AD8403产品。
