产品详情

AD5203是一款四通道、64位、数字控制可变电阻(VR),可实现与电位计、调整器或可变电阻相同的电子调整功能。在A端与游标或B端与游标之间,各VR提供一个完全可编程电阻值。A至B固定端接电阻(10 kΩ或100 kΩ)的通道间匹配容差为±1%,标称温度系数为700 ppm/°C。

使用RS引脚使系统上电时,游标位默认设置为中量程。上电后,游标位可通过标准SPI、Microwire兼容型串行数据接口进行编程设置。此外,可使用串行数据输出引脚以菊花链形式连接多个封装,从而减少系统微控制器所需的封装解码引脚数。

AD5203提供三种封装:24引脚窄体塑封DIP、24引脚表贴封装以及紧凑的1.1 mm薄型TSSOP-24封装。所有器件的保证工作温度范围均为-40°C至+85°C工业温度范围。
