AD5110:  单通道、128位、I2C接口、±8%电阻容差、非易失性数字电位计

产品状态:推荐用于新设计

AD5110提供了针对128位调整应用的非易失性解决方案,保证±8%的低电阻容差误差,A、B和W引脚之间的电流密度可达±6 mA。低电阻容差、低标称温度系数和高带宽等特性可简化开环应用和容差匹配应用。

新的低游标电阻特性将电阻阵列两个极值之间的游标电阻降低至45 Ω(典型值)。

游标设置可通过I2C兼容型数字接口控制,该接口还用于回读游标寄存器和EEPROM内容。电阻容差存储在EEPROM内,端到端容差精度为0.1%。

AD5110采用2 mm × 2 mm LFCSP封装。器件的保证工作温度范围为−40°C至+125°C的宽工业温度范围。
