AD7417は、温度センサーを内蔵した10ビットのシングルおよび4チャンネルA/Dコンバータ（ADC）で、2.7～5.5Vの単電源動作が可能です。電荷分配型D/Aコンバータ（DAC）をベースにした10µs変換時間の逐次比較型コンバータ、5チャンネルのマルチプレクサ、オンチップ温度センサー、オンチップ・クロック発振器、オンチップ・トラック/ホールド・アンプ、内部リファレンス（2.5V）から構成されています。
