The ADCMP391 is a single rail-to-rail input low power comparator ideal for use in general-purpose applications. The ADCMP391 operates from a single 2.3V to 5.5V of supply voltage and draws minimal amount of current. The ADCMP391 consumes only 20.1uA of supply current. The low voltage and low current operation of the ADCMP391 makes it ideal for battery-powered systems.

The ADCMP391 feature a common-mode input voltage range of 200mV beyond rails, an offset voltage at 1mV typical across full common-mode range, and an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) monitor. The design of the comparators allows the output to have a defined state upon power-up. A logic low output is generated if the supply voltage still below the UVLO threshold.

The ADCMP391 is available in an 8-pin Narrow Body SOIC. The ADCMP391 is specified to operate over the extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
