MAX14931C (150Mbps) is used between a DSP and an ADC. The datasheet defines the propagation delay for tpLH and tpHL separately. Should I consider the overall delay in 1 clock cycle to be tpHL + tpLH? or should I consider only a maximum of tpLH and tpHL?
