The low noise Silent Switcher architecture simplifies design and PCB layout to help streamline development and reduce the chance of a redesign. Noise-cancelling technology increases system performance with ultralow EMI, higher efficiency across all loads, improved thermal performance, and higher achievable step-down ratios due to low minimum on times.

High Efficiency: Silent Switcher® regulators operate at high efficiency (up to 96%). The Silent Switcher architecture uses proprietary design and packaging techniques to maximize efficiency at very high frequencies and enable ultralow EMI performance, easily passing the CISPR 25 Class 5 peak EMI limits.
Ultralow System Noise: Silent Switcher leverages noise cancellation technology to improve EMI performance in noise-sensitive applications. This technology can also help improve system performance, efficiency, and output ripple while reducing total solution size. ADI continues to innovate toward even lower system noise levels that benefit an expanding range of applications.
Small Footprint: Our compact Silent Switcher µModule Regulators offer multi-output capability and advanced thermal management, making them ideal for space constrained applications that require robust and reliable power. This system-in-package (SiP) approach streamlines the design process and reduces component count by minimizing the need to add external components.
Flexible Power Design: With support for input voltages as high as 65 V, load currents up to 30 A, and high step-down ratios due to low minimum on times, Silent Switcher solutions are suitable for many applications including industrial, instrumentation and measurement, healthcare, aerospace, communications, automotive, energy, data center, and more.
