The AD7606B offers unique ability to detect sensor disconnection through increased input impedance in the HW mode as well as built in algorithm that can be enabled in the SW mode. It enables higher system level robustness and performance and is P2P compatible with the previous AD7606 device that is widely adopted in Protective Relay Systems.
