Overview
The Z86L88 is a ROM-based member of the Z8 MCU single-chip family of infrared (IR) controllers, featuring 237 bytes of general-purpose RAM and 16KB of ROM, respectively. Maxim's CMOS microcontrollers offer fast execution, efficient use of memory, sophisticated interrupts, input/output bit manipulation capabilities, automated pulse generation/reception, and internal key-scan pullup transistors.
