  • ADH849S (Die and LH5)

    TheADH849S is a GaAs pHEMT high isolation non-reflective SPDT switch available in both Die and 12-Lead hermetic SMT package. The switch provided up to 60 dB isolation, low 1.1 dB insertion loss @ 4 GHz and +52 dBm input IP3. Power handling is excellent up through the 5 GHz - 6 GHz frequency band with the switch offering an Input P1dB compression point of +31 dBm. On-chip circuitry allows a single positive voltage control of 0/+3V or 0/+5V at very low DC currents. An enable input (EN) set to logic high will put the switch in an "all off" state.
