  • The ADH641S is a broadband non reflective GaAs pHEMT SP4T switch. Covering DC to 18 GHz, this switch offers high isolation, low insertion loss, on-chip termination of isolated ports, and extends the frequency coverage of the SP4T switch product line. This switch also includes an on-board binary decoder circuit that reduces the number of required logic control lines to two. The switch operates using a negative control voltage of 0/−5 V, requires a fixed Vss bias of −5 V, and exhibits fast switching speed and consumes much less dc current than pin diode-based solutions. The ADH641S is available in both die form and hermetic LH5 package.
