The ADH462S is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT Low Noise distributed amplifier which operates between 2 GHz and 20GHz. The amplifier provides 15 dB of small signal gain, 2 dB noise figure, and up to +15 dBm of output power at 1dB compression. Gain flatness is excellent at ± 0.5 dB from 6 GHz to 14 GHz making the ADH462S ideal for numerous applications. The ADH462S requires a single supply of +5V @ 63 mA and is the self-biased version of the ADH463S. The wideband amplifier I/Os are internally matched to 50 ohms facilitating integration into multi-Chip modules (MCMs).
