ADH451S (LH5 Package)
The ADH451S is a general-purpose GaAs PHEMT MMIC Medium Power Amplifier which operates between 5 GHz and 18 GHz in a 12-Lead hermetic surface mount package. The amplifier provides 19 dB of gain, +20 dBm of saturated power from a single +5V supply. Consistent gain and output power across the operating band make it possible to use a common driver / LO amplifier approach in multiple radio bands.
ADH451S (Die)
The ADH451S is a general-purpose GaAs PHEMT MMIC Medium Power Amplifier which operates between 5 GHz and 20GHz. The amplifier provides 22 dB of gain, +22 dBm of saturated power at 24% PAE from a +5 V supply. Consistent gain and output power across the operating band make it possible to use a common driver/LO amplifier approach in multiple radio bands. The ADH451S amplifier can easily be integrated into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs) due to its small size, single supply operation and DC blocked I/Os.
