    POUT = +15 dBm (RFOUT)
    POUT = +7 dBm (RFOUT/2)
  • Current consumption: 350 mA typ
  • Small package: 32-lead 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP
  • Flexible bias control allows either 5V or 3V operation
