四象限乘法数模转换器

ADI公司提供种类齐全的8/10/12/14/16位乘法数模转换器系列产品。 这些DAC采用CMOS亚微米工艺制造，能够提供出色的四象限乘法特性。 电流输出DAC产品灵活而简单，因而成为各种固定和可变输入基准电压应用中的理想构建模块。

尽管采用2.5 V至5.5 V单电源供电，这些器件仍能处理最高达±18 V的基准电压输入。与外部电流至电压精密放大器配合使用时，集成的反馈电阻(RFB)可提供温度跟踪和满量程电压输出。
