AD5258:  非易失性、 I2C®兼容型、64位数字电位计

产品详情

AD5258针对64位调整应用提供一个非易失性、3 mm x 4.9 mm紧凑型封装解决方案,可实现与机械电位计*或可变电阻相同的电子调整功能,而且具有增强的分辨率和固态可靠性。

游标设置可通过I2C兼容型数字接口控制;也可以利用该接口回读游标寄存器和EEPROM的内容。电阻容差也存储在EEPROM中,端到端容差精度为0.1%。该器件还具有软件写保护功能,确保数据不会写入EEPROM寄存器。

独立的VLOGIC引脚使接口更加灵活。用户如果需要在一条总线上连接多个器件,则可以利用地址位AD0和地址位AD1在同一总线上连接多达4个器件。
