AD8315 – это недорогая, полнофункциональная подсистема для точного управления усилителями мощности ВЧ, которая работает в полосе частот от 0.1 ГГц до 2.5 ГГц и обладает типичным динамическим диапазоном 50 дБ. Данный компонент предназначен для использования в мобильных телефонах и других беспроводных устройствах с питанием от батарей. Логарифмические усилители обеспечивают больший диапазон измерения и большую точность по сравнению с контроллерами на базе диодных детекторов. Компонент также обладает превосходной температурной стабильностью в рабочем диапазоне температур от -30°C до +85°C.

Высокая чувствительность компонента позволяет осуществлять управление при слабых уровнях сигнала, уменьшая тем самым уровень мощности, который необходимо подавать на детектор.

AD8315 выпускается в корпусах MSOP и LFCSP и потребляет ток 8.5 мА от источника напряжения питания в диапазоне от 2.7 В до 5.5 В. При переключении в режим сна потребляемый ток сокращается до 4 мкА.

Product Details

AD8315ACP-EVAL is a fully populated, 4-layer, FR4-based evaluation board. For normal operation, it requires a 2.7V to 5V/15 mA power supply. The power supply should be connected to the vector pins leads labeled VPOS and GND. The RF input signal is applied to the edge-mounted SMA type RF connector (RFIN). The setpoint input signal is applied to the edge-mounted SMA type connector (VSET). The detector output signal is accessible via the edge-mounted SMA connector (VAPC ). The circuit board can accommodate configuration in controller mode and a quasi-measurement mode (via an op-amp feedback loop) depending on the status the jumpers (LK1, LK2).
