Overview

The AD773 is a monolithic 10-bit, 18 M SPS analog-to-digital converter incorporating an on-board, high performance track-and-hold amplifier (THA). The AD773 converts video band-width signals without the use of an external THA. The AD773 implements a multistage differential pipelined architecture with output error correction logic. The AD773 offers accurate performance and guarantees no missing codes over the full operating temperature range.
