Ultra Low Power (ULP) MCUs and IoT Security for Smart Homes
Ultra Low Power (ULP) MCUs and IoT Security Solutions for Smart Homes
Analog Devices’ low power artificial intelligence (AI) microcontroller units (MCUs) combine microcontroller class hardware with low-power AI hardware to allow applications to perform at the level of solutions running on graphics processors. The hardware executes convolutional layers using only microjoules of energy, while the model extracts features and resolves them to make actionable and valuable local decisions.
Our MCUs for the internet of things (IoT) are as smart as they are power efficient, combining the biggest embedded memories in their class with ultralow power technology. Our hardware-based embedded security features leverage physical unclonable functions (PUF) to withstand all known invasive cyberattack methods, with a core set of fixed-function crypto features to simplify implementation.
