The TMC6130-LA is a 3-phase BLDC gate driver for Robotics, Drones and other dynamic applications. The device is capable driving up to a gate current of 1A. The TMC6130-LA has comprehensive diagnostic functions including GND protection and break before make logic technology. The device is designed for a supply voltage of 4.5 to 8V and provides a PWM and SPI interface.
