Quad ±15V SPST Latch Up Proof Switch with Overvoltage Protection
The AD7590DI, AD7591DI and AD7592DI are the family of protected (latch-proof) dielectrically isolated CMOS switches featuring overvoltage protection up to ±25V above the power supplies. Microprocessor interfacing is facilitated by the provision of on-chip data latches.
