AD8361 - это первая ВЧ интегральная микросхема детектора TruPwr™, обеспечивающая возможность детектирования среднеквадратического значения сигнала. Компонент способен выполнять преобразование ВЧ сигнала со сложной формой модуляции в диапазоне частот до 2.5 ГГц в постоянное напряжение, которое соответствует среднеквадратическому уровню сигнала. Он обладает повышенными линейностью и температурной стабильностью. Компонент может быть полезен для детектирования сигналов CDMA, QAM, а также сигналов с другими сложными законами модуляции.

Динамический диапазон измерений равен 30 дБ. Погрешность измерения составляет 0.25 дБ в диапазоне 14 дБ и 1 дБ в диапазоне 23 дБ. AD8361 выпускается в небольшом 8-выводном корпусе micro-SO и потребляет ток всего 4 мА от источника напряжения питания в диапазоне от 2.7 до 5.5 В.

Product Details

AD8361ART-EVAL is a fully populated, 4-layer, FR4-based evaluation board. For normal operation, it requires a 2.7 V to 5 V/15 mA power supply. The power supply should be connected to the vector pins labeled VPOS and GND. The RF input signal is applied to the edge-mounted SMA type RF connector (RFIN). The RMS output signal is accessible via the edge-mounted SMA connector (J2).
