AD8314 – это недорогая, полнофункциональная подсистема для измерения и управления уровнем радиосигналов, которая работает в диапазоне частот от 100 МГц до 2.7 ГГц и обладает типичным динамическим диапазоном 45 дБ. Данный компонент предназначен для использования в мобильных телефонах и других беспроводных устройствах. Логарифмические усилители обеспечивают больший диапазон измерения и большую точность по сравнению с контроллерами на базе диодных детекторов. Компонент также обладает превосходной температурной стабильностью в рабочем диапазоне температур от −40°C до +85°C.

AD8314 выпускается в 8-выводных корпусах MSOP и LFCSP и потребляет ток 4.5 мА от напряжения питания в диапазоне от 2.7 В до 5.5 В. При переключении в режим сна типичный потребляемый компонентом ток сокращается до 20 мкА.

Product Details

AD8314ACP-EVAL is a fully populated, 4-layer, FR4-based evaluation board. For normal operation, it requires a 2.7V to 5V/10 mA power supply. The power supply should be connected to the vector pins leads labeled VPOS and GND. The RF input signal is applied to the edge-mounted SMA type RF connector (INPUT). The setpoint input signal is applied to the edge-mounted SMA type connector (VSET). The detector output signals are accessible via the edge-mounted SMA connectors (V_UP, V_DN). The circuit board can accommodate configuration in measurement mode and controller mode depending on the status of jumper (LK1).
