ADCLK954 – это буфер распределения тактового сигнала с крайне высоким быстродействием, который производится с использованием патентованной кремниево-германиевой (SiGe) технологии изготовления биполярных транзисторов XFCB3 компании Analog Devices, Inc. Данный компонент предназначен для применения в быстродействующих схемах, в которых требуется малое дрожание фазы.

Компонент имеет два дифференциальных входа, выбор одного из которых осуществляется при помощи управляющего вывода IN_SEL. Оба входных каскада содержат соединенные в центральной точке интегрированные согласующие резисторы 100 Ом. Они поддерживают сигналы со связью по постоянному току форматов LVPECL, CML, 3.3 В КМОП (несимметричный) и сигналы со связью по переменному току форматов 1.8 В КМОП, LVDS и LVPECL. Для смещения входных сигналов в схемах со связью по переменному току компонент содержит выводы VREFx.

ADCLK954 имеет 12 выходных драйверов, выдающих сигналы эмиттерно-связной логики (ECL), размах напряжения которых может достигать напряжений питания. Для работы с сигналами формата PECL (positive ECL) необходимо подключить контакты VCC – к положительному напряжению питания, а VEE – к земле. Для работы с сигналами формата ECL необходимо подключить контакты VCC к земле, а VEE – к отрицательному напряжению питания

Выходные каскады ECL позволяют выдавать дифференциальный сигнал с полным размахом 1.6 В (±800 мВ) в 50-омную нагрузку, подключенную к напряжению VCC − 2 В.

ADCLK954 выпускается в 40-выводном корпусе LFCSP и работает в стандартном промышленном температурном диапазоне от −40°C до +85°C.
