The ADV7179 is a good product, robust and easy to program and reliable too! It doesn't have HD or FullHD resolution, but there are a lot of applications that don't need these resolutions so why to make it obsolete? Should we make the 8 bits microprocessors obsolete if we have 64 bits on the market? Thanks Stefan
