50 mA Switched Capacitor Voltage Boost with Regulated Output
The ADP3607 is a 50 mA regulated output switched capacitor
voltage doubler. It provides a regulated output voltage with
minimum voltage loss and requires a minimum number of external
components. In addition, the ADP3607 does not require
the use of an inductor.
