The AD7664 is the first part in a new generation of 16-bit ADCs based on the revolutionary new Pulsar core which breaks the 500 kSPS barrier (featuring a top speed of 570 kSPS). With no pipeline delay, the AD7664 is ideally suited for control loops, industrial process control, multiplexed data acquisition systems, interfacing with DSP chips, portable equipment and medical instrumentation. It boasts 90 dB SINAD typ, a -100 dB THD @ 10 kHz typ and DC precision at 16 bits (No Missing Codes). INL is ± 2.5 LSB Max, DNL is 1.5 LSB Max. Power dissipation is only 97 mW typical at 570 kSPS, and only 21 µW @ 100 SPS.
