See our high-performance motor control demo showcasing ADI´s optimized inverter system reference design and ADI's solutions for intelligent motor monitoring to help customers achieve higher levels of industrial sustainability. See Tundra, a proven inverter system solution for variable frequency drive evaluation, using optimized ADI signal chain to test closed current loop control. Two ADI condition-based monitoring solutions are also shown, both using the power of AI to create enhanced insights and reduce the expertise needed to diagnose motor faults. The first is Voyager4, an evaluation tool allowing customers to quickly evaluate and develop their own CbM solution using ADI’s best-in-class components. The second is Otosense, a turnkey solution that enables motor fault detection insights through a cloud-based web portal requiring no motor control knowledge to deploy. This motor demo allows for a simple motor phase fault to be created. This changes the vibration signature of the demo, allowing us to showcase the fault detection capabilities of the monitoring solutions.
