Can I cancel an order if it has not already shipped?

You cannot request to cancel an order, as online orders ship within 24 hours.

What credit cards can I use and which products can I order from Buy Online?

Analog Devices’ website accepts Master Card, Visa, and American Express. The majority of our parts are available to purchase online, but there are some exceptions. The parts that are not available to purchase there can be obtained from one of our authorized distributors Authorized Distributors.

How do I enable Java/Javascript on my browser?

To enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer: Under the Tools menu, select Internet Options and choose the Security tab. Click the Custom Level options. Scroll down until you see Scripting. The first item, Active Scripting, should be enabled

To enable JavaScript in Netscape: Under the Edit menu, select Preferences and choose Advanced. On the right, check the box labeled Enable JavaScript and the box labeled Enable Java.

When will my items be shipped?

Items will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement. After placing your order, you will receive an immediate acknowledgement by email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details.

Will the online ordering system store my account information so that after I place the first online order I won’t have to fill in all the blanks on subsequent orders?

The online system uses cookies to remember information and forms you have completed during the registration process. Once you have registered with Analog Devices, all forms and information will be pre-filled with the information you had provided to us. However, we will not store credit card numbers. You must re-enter your credit card number every time you place an order. This is done for security.

Can I get a copy of your Terms and Conditions?

The Terms and Conditions are listed on our site and are available while placing an order online. You may print the Terms and Conditions of Purchased Products if you require a hard copy.

Do you accept Pay In Advance or COD orders online?

For first time orders, we only accept credit cards (MasterCard, American Express, and Visa). Thereafter, you can request net payment terms if the order is greater than or equal to $1000.

What warranty comes with your products?

Analog Devices warrants that each product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the period set forth in its published user manuals for its system products and for a period of one (1) year for its component products. The warranty commences on the date the product is shipped by Analog Devices.

Will you drop ship to my customers?

Yes, fill in the appropriate information in the shipping address area. You may enter as many ship-to addresses as you like.

Who do I call for technical assistance?

You can request technical assistance via our customer support portal.

Will there be any improvements made to Buy Online in the future? If I have any suggestions, how can I be heard?

We are constantly working to improve the ease of use and effectiveness of the Buy Online system to better suit your needs. You can provide feedback by contacting the customer service team via our support portal.

Is the online system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and if so, can I get product shipped out on a Saturday or Sunday?

Buy Online will be available for order placement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, you can check your account and order status at any time.

If I order the wrong material, will you accept them back without a restocking charge?

No. We will only accept a return if a product fails within the warranty period, in which case we will repair or replace at our option. Please contact ADI Customer Service to submit a request.

Is the site secure?

We encrypt passwords and use SSL on order submissions. We will not disclose your email address or any other address contained in your registration form to anyone or any mail list. This information will be kept confidential at Analog Devices.

Can I schedule my shipments out?

No. At this time Analog Devices will default the customer request date for the product(s) being order to the date the order is placed.

What is your minimum order size?

There is no minimum order quantity or value. If we have inventory, we will accept all orders.

What is your return policy and how do I go about returning an item?

If a product fails within the warranty period, we will repair or replace at our option. Please contact ADI Customer Service to submit a request.

How much are shipping charges on my order?

Shipping charges will depend on the selected delivery method and your country. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the Review Order page.

Will I have to pay taxes on my shipments?

All orders will ship with CPT incoterms. If you are located outside of the United States, you may be subject to various import duties, value added taxes (VAT), customs fees, and/or additional taxes once the package reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. As the importer of record, you bear the responsibility for any additional charges.

For information purposes only, we have provided general duty/tax information below. Analog Devices cannot provide an actual description of these charges and does not have control over what may be charged. Contact your local customs office for confirmation of the customs policies in your country.

If you are located within the United States, your order will be subject to tax unless you indicate your shipping address is non-taxable and fax a signed and dated tax exempt certificate to the Analog Devices U.S. Tax Department. The fax number is (781)461-3491.
When placing an order online, the customer agrees to pay all customs fees, value added taxes, duties, and/or additional taxes associated with the order to your local government. Any orders abandoned at a carrier’s warehouse may not be refunded and are subject to a restocking fee.

My company is outside the United States. Can I use your online ordering system?

How do I know if you received my order?

You will receive an order acknowledgment email from Analog Devices which will confirm that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email, then check your order status from the Buy Online. The email is usually sent to your inbox within 1 hour. If you do not receive an order acknowledgment and you are certain that you submitted your order, please contact ADI Customer Service.
