Description
ADPS30146-RD is a compact GaN-based servo drive solution designed for high-efficiency motor control in space-constrained applications. Integrating LT8418 gate drivers for half-bridge motor control and LT1999 in-line current sensing for precise torque regulation, it delivers reliable performance and high thermal efficiency. Supporting PWM frequencies from 25 kHz to 100 kHz with dead-time adjustment down to 10 ns, the design enables low-noise, highly efficient operation. Optional LC/LCL filtering provides smoother sine-wave outputs, while its controller- agnostic architecture supports a wide range of motor controllers and motor types from 50 W to 750 W, simplifying integration and reducing cooling requirements.
