Four new 12-bit analog-to-digital converters, the TTL-compatible AD9022 and AD9026 and the ECL-compatible AD9023 and AD9027, combine high sampling rates (as high as 31 MSPS) with extremely low distortion (SFDR as high as 80 dB).
