The TMC603 is a 3-phase BLDC gate driver for Robotics, Drones and other dynamic applications. The device is capable driving up to a gate current of 150mA. The TMC603 has comprehensiv diagnostic functions including GND protection, break before make logic, slope control and current sensing via MOSFET technology. The device is designed for a supply voltage of 12...50V and provides a PWM interface.
