The HOS-050, HOS-050A, and HOS-050C op amps are very high speed wideband operational amplifiers designed to complement the Analog Devices' lines of high speed data acquisition products. They feture a 100MHz gain bandwidth product; slew rate of 300V/ms; and settling time of 80ns to ±0.1%.
