The ADADC85 devices are highspeed, low-cost 10- and 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converters that include internal clock, reference and comparator. Its hybrid IC design utilizes MSI digital and linear monolithic chips in conjunction with a 12-bit monolithic DAC to provide modular performance and versatility with IC size, price and reliability.
