The AD12400 is a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a transformer coupled analog input and digital post processing by V Corp Technologies, Inc. for enhanced SFDR. The product operates at 400MSPS conversion rate with outstanding dynamic performance in wideband carrier systems.

The AD12400 requires a +3.8V analog, +3.3V digital and +1.5V digital supplies, and a flexible encode signal that can be differential or single ended. No external reference or driver components are required for many applications.

The AD12400 package style is an enclosed 2.75” x 2.5” x 0.5” module. Performance is rated over 0° to 70°C.
