Analog Devices is a leading supplier of MEMS based airbag sensors and ADCs and DACs for PLC analog input/output cards in safety applications. Enhanced IEC 61508 and ISO 26262 development processes now further refine this capability.
Failure Rate Data
Analog Devices publish FIT data for its products based on accelerated life testing on the Analog Devices reliability page. The tool can be used to generate an expected FIT rate for a specific product or based on the process node e.g. 0.18u CMOS. The tool generates the data on the 60% and 90% confidence levels and allows the average operating temperature to be selected.
We also have the capability to predict failure rates using IEC 62380, SN29500 and other standards.
