弊社日本法人おススメ製品のひとつ、ADG408は高性能ななLC2MOSプロセスに基づく設計により、低消費電力でありながら、高速のスイッチング速度と低オン抵抗を実現します。各チャンネルは双方向となっており、また各入力信号レンジは電源電圧までとなります。すべてのチャンネルは、ブレーク・ビフォア・メーク ( BBM ) のスイッチング動作を実行し、チャンネルをスイッチングするときの瞬間的な短絡を防ぎます。低チャージ・インジェクション設計になっているため、デジタル入力のスイッチング時のトランジェントがごくわずかになります。
