ADI’s ADRV906x (Samana) is a highly integrated, O-RAN compliant Category A Radio Unit System-on-Chip (RU-SoC) engineered to streamline and accelerate the development of 5G radio units. Designed for split 7.2x architectures, Samana combines advanced RF, baseband, and security features into a single silicon solution—improving performance while reducing complexity, power consumption, and time-to-market.

To accelerate development and reduce integration risk, ADI offers Titan, a 4T4R O-RAN Radio Unit reference design built around the ADRV906x. Titan is optimized for a wide range of deployment scenarios—from indoor small cells to outdoor macro cells—and supports power classes up to 160W per channel with the appropriate RFFE.
