  1. TSYNC on the DALLAS SCT is configured as a multiframe input.
  2. RSYNC on the DALLAS SCT is configured as a frame input.
  3. Receive elastic store on DALLAS SCT is enabled.
  4. Transmit elastic store on DALLAS SCT is disabled.
