Analog Devices Australia (ADA) is one of Analog Devices' global design and development centers and is based in Melbourne, Australia. ADA's key focus is in the implementation of DSP software algorithms for multimedia and telecommunications applications, specializing in audio, speech, video and image processing. ADA has developed a diversity of DSP software for the Analog Devices ADSP-218x and ADSP-219x family of DSPs, the Blackfin (ADSP-BF5xx) range of processors, and the TigerSHARC (ADSP-TSxxx) series of DSPs.
ADA has successfully delivered numerous DSP related projects over the past twenty years. ADA's strength is in its talented team of engineering, management, and support staff that include degree, masters and PhD qualified people. ADA's staff have exhibited its products at numerous international tradeshows and have presented papers and talks at international and local conferences and symposiums. ADA has strong linkages with local government, educational institutions and business groups. Our areas of expertise include, 3G wireless, image compression, video compression, speech compression, audio, echo cancellation, telephony, internet and packet-based technology. We are involved in all aspects of product commercialization including; research, design, development, testing, validation, standards compliance, documentation, systems and applications engineering.
