Analog Devices active filter evaluation boards, enable users to quickly and easily prototype active filter designs. When used in conjuction with the Analog Filter Wizard™ users can quickly design and build active filters in a matter of minutes. The boards can be used to build two, four or six pole low-pass or high-pass active filters, with frequencies ranging from kilohertz, to tens of megahertz.
The boards feature provisions for edge mounted SMA connectors, which enables easy connection to test equipment or other circuitry. Each evaluation board has a companion application note which includes the board schematic and assembly drawing.
A Sallen-Key filter topology is utilized on the EVAL-FLTR-SO-1RZ and EVAL-FLTR-LD-1RZ filter boards, while the EVAL-FLTR-DF-1RZ differential amplifier filter board uses a multiple feedback topology.
The EVAL-FLTR-SO-1RZ active filter evaluation board is designed to work with single, standard SOIC op amps. The application note for this board is AN-0991.
The EVAL-FLTR-LD-1RZ active filter evaluation board is designed to work with Analog Devices, Inc.'s single, low distortion SOIC pinout op amps, AD8000; AD8099, AD8045, ADA4817, ADA4857 and ADA4899. The application note for this evaluation board is AN-0993.
The EVAL-FLTR-DF-1RZ active filter evaluation board is designed to work with single, standard SOIC differential amplifiers. The application note for this board is AN-0992.
