

AD8369-EVALZ is a fully populated, 4-layer, FR4-based evaluation board designed to allow easy evaluation of all features of the AD8369 DVGA. The evaluation board contains bypassable transformers to allow single ended or differential inputs, and a 25 pin D-Sub connector for external digital control of the on chip SPI port or parallel interface. There are several switches on the eval board. SW3 is used to switch between serial and parallel programming mode. SW1 is used to enable or disable the latch function in SPI mode or the data write function in parallel mode. SW4 is a rotary switch which can be used to set the bit code in parallel mode. SW2 is used to apply or disable +5 V to the AD8369. This evaluation board requires only a single supply within the range of 4.5 V to 5.5 V.
