The results were based on a survey asking employees of large and multinational companies to rate their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family, satisfaction with their employers’ Covid-19 responses, as well as image, economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility.

    The Boston Globe named Analog Devices to its Top Places to Work list for the fourth consecutive year. This ranking of the top workplaces in Massachusetts recognizes companies based solely on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.
