Our zero-defect management system has been incorporated into our design and manufacturing processes and includes: Statistical modeling, Test verification and Product versus Process variability.
All of Analog Devices' manufacturing sites are TS16949 Certified. Additionally, we are Technical Committee Members of the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC). The AEC Component Technical Committee has defined a number of standards and among them is the AEC-Q100. This standard details a set of stress tests to qualify integrated circuits to automotive standards. For the Automotive market, all of Analog Devices' newly released integrated circuits adheres to the AEC-Q100 standard.
