73M1x22/73M1x66B MicroDAA DC Control Loop Operation

Abstract

This white paper provides additional information on the MicroDAA^® DC control loop as it is implemented in Teridian's 73M1822, 73M1922, 73M1866B, and 73M1966B devices. The loop controls the DC voltage/current ratio so that the data access arrangement (DAA) function presents an approximately 50Ω load in series with a fixed-DC voltage bias.
