The AD834 is a monolithic laser-trimmed four-quadrant analog multiplier designed for use in high-frequency applications. A descendant of the AD534 general-purpose multiplier (Analog Dialogue 11-1, 1977) and a cousin of the AD539 2-channel wideband (60 MHz) multiplier (16-3, 1982), it combines 500-MHz minimum bandwidth (both inputs) and total low-frequency error less than ±2% of full scale to provide operation in all four quadrants, with low distortion, drift, and noise.
