Software Modules
Audio and video codecs, encoders, decoders, post processing code and other modules to speed development and evaluate processors.
Starter Kits
Starter Kits provide you with an EZ-KIT Lite evaluation kit and EZ-Extender daughter card(s), along with a Software Development Kit (SDK) that makes getting started easy and shortens the learning curve.
| Kit Name | Processor | Description |
| Multimedia Starter Kit | Blackfin | Evaluation board, Multimedia SDK, documentation |
| Audio Starter Kit | Blackfin | Evaluation board, Multimedia SDK, documentation |
| Media Player Starter Kit | Blackfin | Evaluation board, Media player SDK, documentation |
Software Development Kits (SDK)
Software Development Kits (SDK): contain example software, source code, device drivers, algorithms, utilities information and application notes that allow you to develop processor applications. The software can be used as a framework, or as examples of how to use certain aspects and peripherals, in conjunction with an ADI processor.
Code Examples
Code Examples are a listing of individual software that can be found in the various kits – algorithms, device drivers, etc.

Reference Designs
Reference Designs help jump start your design. They include comprehensive software suites with documented application programming interfaces (APIs) running on application-specific evaluation boards. The easy to use APIs enable customization and control of core system functions, letting you focus on adding value through product differentiation.
Third Party Reference Designs are hardware/software reference designs developed by our 3rd party network — integrate standalone products.
