Analog Devices’ data converter design tools enable users to quickly and easily select, model, simulate and evaluate our industry-leading data converter products. When designing with high-speed (>10 MSPS) and precision (<10 MSPS) analog-to-digital converters (ADC) or digital-to-analog converters (DAC), online selection and modeling tools are available. For more advanced high-speed ADC simulation capabilities, the VisualAnalog™ software package provides a customizable evaluation environment, and can also be used as a hardware controller.
VisualAnalog™ is a software package that combines a powerful set of simulation and data analysis tools with a user-friendly graphical interface, for selecting or evaluating high speed ADCs. Customize your input signal from sine waves, noise sources, and vector data to see how an ADC will perform in real world conditions. Data analysis calculations allow designers to predict adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) and display I/Q constellation plots on simulated ADC outputs or data collected from evaluation boards.
