The LTC4125 is a simple and high performance monolithic full bridge resonant driver capable of delivering over 5W of power wirelessly to a properly tuned receiver. The device controls the current flow in a series connected transmit coil LC network to create a simple, safe and versatile wireless power transmitter.
The LTC4125 automatically adjusts its driving frequency to match the LC network resonant frequency. This AutoResonant switching allows the device to deliver maximum power from a low voltage input supply (3V to 5.5V) to a tuned receiver. To optimize system efficiency, the LTC4125 employs a periodic transmit power search and adjusts the transmission power based on the receiver load requirements. The device stops delivering power during a fault condition, or if a foreign object is detected.
The LTC4125 also includes a programmable maximum average input current limit and an NTC input as additional means for foreign object and overload protection. The LTC4125 is available in a 20-lead low profile (0.75mm) 4mm × 5mm QFN package.

DC2554A-KIT is a kit of the DC2556A transmitter, featuring LTC4125, the DC2555A-A/DC2555A-B receiver, featuring LT3652HV. The DC2555A-A/DC2555A-B receiver can charge a single Li-Ion battery at up to 650mA with an air gap of 3.0mm to 12.0mm between the transmit and receive coils. The DC2556A transmitter supports Optimum Power Search and Foreign Object Detection features via LTC4125.
DC2770A-B-KIT is a kit of the DC2773A-B transmitter board (featuring LTC4125) and the DC2775A-D (featuring LTC4124). The DC2775A-D receiver board can charge a single Li-Ion battery at up to 100 mA with an air gap of 3.0 mm to 5.0 mm between the transmit and receive coils. The DC2773A-B transmitter supports Optimum Power Search and Foreign Object Detection features via LTC4125.
DC2770A-A-KIT is a kit of the DC2773A-A transmitter board (featuring LTC4125) and the DC2775A-C (featuring LTC4124). The DC2775A-C receiver board can charge a single Li-Ion battery at up to 50 mA with an air gap of 3.0 mm to 5.0 mm between the transmit and receive coils. The DC2773A-A transmitter board supports Foreign Object Detection via the LTC4125.
Demonstration kit DC2386A is a kit of the DC2330A LTC4125EUFD demonstration board, the DC2445A-A/DC2445A-B LTC4120EUD demonstration board, and an assortment of different length standoffs. The DC2330A can deliver up to 1.68W to the receive board with up to 12mm spacing between the transmit and receive coils.
