The mission of ADI Diversity and Inclusion is to drive a culture that values and leverages the uniqueness of each employee so they may develop and grow at ADI. Diversity and Inclusion is an important business imperative not only to ADI but to stakeholders alike.
ADI demonstrates the integration of Diversity and Inclusion through its organizational structure. The Director of Diversity and Inclusion is also an HR director, who, during the reporting period, directly reports to the CPO (Chief People Officer) (previously SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer), a member of the ADI leadership team, demonstrating cross functional integration and access to the highest governing level.
